The world's largest student conference on hedge funds and private equity.

 

The LSE SU Alternative Investments Conference is the world's largest student

conference on hedge funds and private equity, bringing together over 50 speakers and

350 delegates from across the world. The 2012 Conference will take place at the

Marriott Hotel London Grosvenor Square on January 23rd and 24th of 2012.

 

Jointly organised by the LSE SU Alternative Investments Society and the LSE

Financial Markets Group, the AIC combines the academic excellence of its namesake

institution - the London School of Economics - with the professionalism and prestige

of the attending industry professionals and student delegates.

trade ideas will be selected and the three finalists will be invited to give a 3-5

minute presentation to the Managers live at the Conference. The Managers will

critique the ideas and select a winner. The segment will end with a Manager

discussion of how they structure their trades and a review of their own best trade

ideas.

operating model of CD&R that is premised on "building good businesses" through the

lens of both the Operating Partner (Banga) and the Financial Partner (Novak).

Im aktuellen Ranking „Vom Studenten zum Unternehmer“ belegt die Technische Universität München (TUM) den ersten Platz. Die Studie des Lehrstuhls für Wirtschaftsgeographie und Tourismusforschung der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München vergleicht die akademische Gründungsförderung an deutschen Hochschulen. Gegenüber dem letzten Ranking aus dem Jahr 2009 hat sich die TUM in allen untersuchten Bereichen verbessert und drei Plätze gutgemacht. Das Ranking wird vom Bundeswirtschaftsministerium unterstützt.
